Upon arrival, there was no one present, leading to a long wait outside in the cold until 5:00 PM. The breakfast menu wasn’t visible in the room, leaving guests uncertain about their options, despite its price. web-cleanliness needs attention, as an unwelcome spider and web were found in the bedroom, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay.

Wow, that brekkie was top-notch! Chef was super talented, defo could taste the love. Plus, the hosts really went out of their way to help me with my gluten-free requests. And I can't forget that stunning house, it’s like straight out of a postcard!

Just a heads-up, the mattress was a bit on the stiff side for my liking.

Such a lovely experience! The bedroom was spacious and came with great shower facilities. I appreciated the quiet street view and outdoor seating in the walled garden. The hosts were genial, and the history of the house was super interesting. Plus, the off-street parking was a bonus!

great breakfast

the owner was super welcoming and explained how everything worked. the room was ready when we arrived, which was great since we got there early. it was easy to find, just wish there were better signs for parking. we had a peaceful sleep, and the atmosphere felt really homely. breakfast options were amazing, something for everyone.

I was thrilled to find my room ready 2 hours early, and the owner made me feel right at home by explaining everything clearly. I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and enjoying the lovely seating area outside. Just a little note, the towels had seen better days, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊
